1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the fb11 platform — whether via a web browser on a desktop or mobile device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions, together with the fb11 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and fb11.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the fb11 platform and, if registered, contact [email protected] to request closure of your account.
These Terms & Conditions apply to:
- All visitors to the fb11 platform, whether registered or unregistered;
- All registered fb11 account holders located in Bangladesh;
- All individuals who participate in games, sports betting markets, tournaments, or promotional activities hosted on the fb11 platform;
- All individuals who interact with fb11 customer support, whether via live chat or email.
By registering an fb11 account, you additionally represent and warrant that: (a) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes; (b) you are not acting on behalf of a third party; (c) you are not prohibited from gambling under the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you; and (d) you will use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these terms at all times.
Governing language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text. fb11 operates in English and all formal communications, including support responses and dispute notices, will be conducted in English.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
The fb11 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use an fb11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. fb11 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Users who are under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform.
- Location: fb11 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific location.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
- Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered fb11 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds being reviewed.
Age Verification (KYC)
fb11 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with a recent proof of address document. KYC checks may also be triggered at any point during your account history if fb11 has reason to believe that an account is operated by an ineligible individual.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during KYC is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
18+ only: Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. fb11 uses technical and procedural measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed fb11, contact [email protected] immediately. All funds associated with underage accounts will be returned to the original payment source minus any bonus credits.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of fb11 services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must complete the registration process and create a verified fb11 account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred BDT payment method.
You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point of verification is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify fb11 promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your contact email or mobile number, by updating your account profile or contacting support.
Account Credentials
Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials;
- All activities conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
- Ensuring that you log out of the platform at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
- Immediately notifying fb11 support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
fb11 will never ask you to provide your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password purporting to come from fb11 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active fb11 account. Operating multiple accounts — even if they use different names, payment methods, or email addresses — is a material breach of these terms. fb11 employs technical detection measures to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals upon detection.
Account sharing: Sharing your fb11 account credentials with any other person, including family members, is prohibited. fb11 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Allowing another individual to use your account — even temporarily — places you in breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the fb11 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fb11 does not charge currency conversion fees for deposits or withdrawals made via local BDT payment methods. The following payment methods are accepted on the fb11 platform:
- Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced KYC review. Deposits are credited to your fb11 account balance in real time for bKash and Nagad transfers. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to appear in your account balance depending on the originating bank's processing time.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds originating from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. fb11 targets processing of all bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.
fb11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Responsible use of funds: Only deposit money that you can afford to lose. Do not deposit funds borrowed from others or intended for essential expenses such as rent, utilities, or food. fb11 offers deposit limits and self-exclusion tools to help you manage your spending — access these from your account dashboard or contact [email protected].
5 Bonuses & Promotions
fb11 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal campaigns to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly — they must be played through according to the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- fb11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a player. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, its terms are fixed for that player.
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before the bonus and its associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi events — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Victory Day — are subject to the same general bonus rules unless their specific terms state otherwise.
Bonus Abuse
fb11 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, fb11 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and in serious cases, close the account permanently.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on the fb11 platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party game studios and data providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or accessible via the game's information panel.
Game Integrity
fb11 operates exclusively with game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are disclosed in the game information panel. Sports betting odds are set by fb11's trading team and are subject to change up until the relevant event commences.
Disputed Game Outcomes
Game outcomes are determined in real time by the game engine of the relevant provider and are logged by fb11's platform systems. In the event that you believe a game outcome was erroneous — for example, due to a technical error or disconnection — you must report the dispute to fb11 support within 48 hours of the relevant game round concluding. fb11 will investigate the dispute using the game provider's server logs, which are the authoritative record of all game outcomes. fb11's decision following investigation is final and binding.
Sports Betting
All sports bets, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to fb11's sportsbook rules. fb11 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or any circumstance in which the integrity of the event is called into question. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time without notice when live data feeds require recalculation.
Technical malfunctions: In the event of a proven system malfunction that demonstrably causes an incorrect game outcome, fb11 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verified system error are not payable and will be voided. This policy applies equally to all games and all players.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or legal status.
- Money laundering: Using the fb11 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds. fb11 complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly live casino table games or sports betting markets, in a manner that gives one or more parties an unfair advantage.
- Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets, exploit bonus mechanics, or interact with the fb11 platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
- Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or facilitating the use of more than one fb11 account per individual for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing any restriction placed on a previous account.
- Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to place bets on the fb11 platform. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
- Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in betting markets, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have been available under normal platform operation.
- Harmful conduct: Using the fb11 platform or its communication channels (including live chat) to harass, threaten, or abuse fb11 staff, other players, or any third party.
Zero tolerance: fb11 has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above activities will be permanently closed without prior notice. All balances, including any pending withdrawal amounts, will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited entirely where prohibited conduct is confirmed. fb11 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation related to prohibited activity on its platform.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
fb11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame;
- Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
- Receiving a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
- Identification of the account holder as an underage individual;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction;
- Any other situation in which continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the fb11 platform or the welfare of the player.
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your fb11 account voluntarily, contact the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and your balance has been withdrawn. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered BDT payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification, unless the account was closed as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the account is disabled, all marketing communications are suspended, and re-registration is blocked. fb11 strongly encourages any player who is concerned about their gambling behaviour to make use of this tool. Cooling-off periods: In addition to full self-exclusion, fb11 offers shorter cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which your account is temporarily disabled. Cooling-off periods can be activated from your account settings without contacting support. At the end of the cooling-off period, your account is automatically reactivated unless you have requested an extension.
